Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Input customer data in CRM to help Account Manager or Presales register the sales opportunity in CRM.
• Gather and prepare all documents or data from Account Manager or Presales and related departments to support all sales activities.
• Prepare all sales data such as SPK, PO, DO, BAST, Slip Payment to 3rd party, etc for audit
• Undertake new tasks and additional responsibility, take action as anticipations, and go the extra mile to enhance job results and avoid problems.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
• Have 1 year of experience as a Sales Admin
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
• Able to manage priorities effectively
• Good communication and time management skills
• Solid experience in archiving and filing important documents
• Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang and South Jakarta
