Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Making process change (kaizen) at production line, such as efficiency, reduce cost, calculation cost, loading pattern etc.
• Making performance report all production process to superior.
• Making cost calculation from raw material, supporting goods, water, electricity, steam boiler etc.
• Making current product formulation more efficient and search for ingredients and information for new product development.
• Making product sample for buyer and making confirmation checking product speech with buyer.
• Conduct research on developing new and diversified products and propose product development ideas.
• Conduct research on developing new and diversified products.
• Check the materials used according to legal and Halal.
• Prepare a draft specification of raw materials, for new raw materials.
• Calculate nutrition fact at all product.
• Maintain quality system according GMP, HACCP, QMS, VACCP, TACCP, Quality Process etc.
• Develop strategies and processes to ensure that RnD throughout the company.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university (Food Tech, Bio Tech, Fishery)
• Fluent in English (Oral and Written)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 years as RnD (Food Manufacture)
