Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• In charge of automotive finance risk control especially for motorcycle installment/loan
• Design strategies and flows of credit analysis
• Create approval standard and collection strategies design, monitor the execution
• Manage visit/survey activities and monitor the results
• In charge for anti-fraud result
• Responsible for business’ risk control results
• Promote risk progress control from business development perspective

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, any major
• More than 10 years of work experience related to risk control/credit strategies/collection, especially in motorcycle installment business. Preferably in Senior Manager or Head level or equivalent from well-known multifinance (motorcycle loan)
• Good English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience in leading a team or department related to risk management
• Able to build risk team from scratch/zero
• Strong data, communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Understand financial fraud methods checking for Indonesia motorcycle market
