Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to enhance store performance and profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Retail Operations Lead to develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Store Performance Optimization: Regularly monitor and evaluate store operations, identifying challenges and implementing solutions to improve key metrics. Conduct store visits to assess daily activities, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and composition, ensuring alignment with sales trends and market demand. Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Customer Experience Champion: Monitor customer feedback and address inquiries and complaints promptly. Facilitate resolution of escalated issues and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Development and Training: Assist in training and coaching store teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and contribute to ongoing development initiatives.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing store environments, optimizing layouts and displays to showcase products effectively. Support brand campaigns and new product launches.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail environment, ideally in an operational or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Data analysis proficiency: Familiarity with relevant retail metrics and the ability to use data analysis tools
- Operational expertise: Knowledge of retail best practices, store layouts, visual merchandising techniques, and inventory management principles.
