Kualifikasi:

• Have experience as a reservationist 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of reservation software and systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
