Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Researcher to join our team in the OOH media advertising industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing valuable insights, conducting in-depth industry research, analyzing traffic data, and supporting post-campaign evaluations. This role requires proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and report generation to ensure we deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Desk Research & Industry Analysis
- Conduct thorough research on the global OOH industry landscape, including trends, reports, and the latest updates from global OOH companies.
- Gather and analyze relevant data on media industry performance globally to support decision-making.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify pricing trends in the Indonesian OOH market, including utilizing innovative methods to gather market data.
Traffic Analysis
- Analyze traffic and impression data using AI-powered CCTV systems.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize and interpret large datasets.
- Create comprehensive reports on campaign performance based on traffic data for client presentations.
Post-Campaign Study
- Design and customize questionnaires in line with client briefs to meet campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with external market research firms to execute surveys.
- Analyze survey results and develop engaging presentations and decks that summarize key insights for clients.
Kualifikasi:
Requirements
- A graduate from Business, Marketing, or related fields such as Psychology, Sociology, or Communication.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with desk research and data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
- Experience with research methods, data interpretation, and generating reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in presenting data-driven insights.
- A strong desire to learn and explore new areas of knowledge and innovation.
- Prior experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus.
