Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with suppliers and external parties to propose packaging innovation ideas.
2. Conduct research for continuous improvement of existing packaging.
3. Supervise and conduct trials of packaging development for lab and production scale.
4. Ensure that the packaging materials used are in accordance with the quality and food safety requirements.
5. Conduct product shelf life testing.
6. Develop packaging material specifications, BOM, and documentation related to packaging development.

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree of Food Technology/Chemical Engineering.
2. Minimum 3-5 years working experience as a R&D Packaging.
3. Understand basic food packaging material & specification
4. Understand technical drawing and project management.
5. Mastering quality and food safety standards: ISO, Food Safety (BRC, ISO 22000), HACCP, VACCP.
6. Proficiency in drawing software such as CAD/Adobe Photoshop/AI.
7. Intermediate English skill both oral and written.
8. Willing to be placed in Greenlake, Tangerang.
