Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement R&D strategies.
• Lead R&D efforts to create and improve chemical products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for new formulations.
• Review and enhance production procedures.
• Establish quality guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Manage R&D budget and team development.
• Collaborate with external partners and protect intellectual property.
• Conduct market research and mitigate R&D risks.

Location: Central Java

Reports to: Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners

Kualifikasi:

Qualifications:

• Master's/Bachelor’s degree in chemical/chemistry.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• 10+ years in R&D formulation, preferably in the glue industry.
• Managerial and leadership experience in R&D.
• Experience in innovation, project management, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and SNI standards.
