Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for the taxi fleet, ensuring vehicles are regularly serviced to prevent breakdowns.
• Repairs Management: Respond to repair requests for vehicles experiencing mechanical issues, ensuring timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Vendor and Service Coordination: Liaise with external service centers, mechanics, and parts suppliers, negotiating service contracts and ensuring repairs meet company standards.
• Fleet Monitoring: Monitor the health and performance of the taxi fleet using telematics or vehicle management software to detect early signs of issues.
• Cost Management: Track maintenance and repair expenses, optimize repair budgets, and seek ways to reduce costs through improved processes or vendor management.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with local transportation laws and internal safety standards.
• Inspection and Audits: Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure all taxis meet safety and operational standards before being deployed.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of each vehicle's maintenance history, including services performed, parts replaced, and repair costs.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on fleet performance, vehicle downtime, repair costs, and vendor performance, recommending improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with Fleet Operations: Work closely with the fleet operations team to schedule maintenance without disrupting service levels.
• Breakdown Assistance: Coordinate emergency repairs and roadside assistance for taxis that break down during operations.

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet management.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
