Responsibilities:

• Developing the target market for commercial SMEs in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi).
• Processing credit from the search, analysis, to managing customers (end to end process).
• Negotiating and leading high-impact strategic partnerships/improvement
• Responsible for managing all managed portfolios, maintaining good relations, providing the best quality services, and delivering adequate product information to customers.
• Maintain the monthly target for every portfolio.

Requirements:

• Minimum education D3 (all majors).
• Mastering the lending market in Jabodetabek.
• Disciplined, energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly.
• Has high integrity and credibility.
• Communicative and has a wide network/potential relations.
• Target-oriented and has a strong willingness to develop a career.
• Minimum two years of experience in banking (SMEs lending).
• Owns a vehicle and has a driver's license (Sim C).
