Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of automotive loan sales representatives
- Motivate and inspire team to achieve individual and team goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners and auto lenders within the assigned region
- Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities
- Negotiate and close automotive loan deals with dealerships and individual customers
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of our automotive loan programs
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales action plans to address regional sales challenges
- Travel throughout the assigned region to meet with dealers and customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree or above, any major
- Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in sales management function (handling area within Jabodetabek) from automotive loan/leasing/multifinance company (specifically 2 wheeler/motorcycle category)
- Good Bahasa Indonesia, English skill will be plus and preferable
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
