Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Develop sales strategy & planning in order to increase productivity by selling insurance policies through agency sales.
• Develop agent’s capability by planning training activities to shape effective working pattern and agent’s working identity to achieve company’s targets.
• Develop and manage sales productivity within regional sales scope.
• Develop, implement, and administer sales and distribution programs.
• Organize and monitor the sales activity to boost productivity
• Create and execute agency event and program both for selling, recruitment and activity management (Customer gathering, table talk, Business Opportunity)
• Monitor sales best practice to ensure meet risk and compliance requirement for sales and recruitment activity.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum education is Bachelor degree, from any major
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably have experience in handling Agency Development Specialist, Agency Development Manager, Agency Recruitment Specialist
