PT. United Family is a confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and service to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Unifam as Regional Account Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with Distributors and ensure monitoring of stock and purchase orders from modern trade accounts: supermarkets, hypermarkets, and minimarkets.
2. Responsible for achieving sales and growth targets in the assigned territory by coordinating with SPG and MD.
3. Negotiating contracts, discounts, promotions, and other marketing activities with modern trade accounts.
4. Able to Business review with Distributors and their Modern Trade Accounts.
5. Develop effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure proper implementation at store level.
6. Compile regular sales reports and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
7. Coordination with Sales Team, Internal Marketing and Distributors

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree of any field
2. Proven working experience as a Key Account Supervisor (MT) in FMCG company for 2 years
3. Great managerial, analytical & strategic thinking, negotiation and communication skill
4. Experienced in processing and analyzing data
5. Experienced in using Ms. Office
6. Placement: Denpasar
