Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Responsible for MPP and replacement fulfillment, including sourcing the right (at least 80% suitable) candidate for each vacant position
• Delivering the initial interview result & proposing the candidates to users
• Handle end to end recruitment process
• Making salary proposal to be proposed to HR Director
• Finalizing the recruitment process: signing agreement, submitting the signed agreement, and onboarding process
• Discussing with the users if there’s any requirements that not explained enough on request form
• Recruiting based on annual manpower plan and SLA
• Reporting recruitment weekly progress
• Posting job vacancies through social media and job portals

Kualifikasi:

• Min. 2-3 years of work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
• Experience in healthcare industry is more preferable
• Having experience at Insurance Company or related field is a must
• Used to handle end to end recruitment process
• Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
• Familiar with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
• Having attractive personality and excellent communication skill.
• Having keen-to-learn personality - not only recruitment matters but also general human resource matters.
• Able to work immediately
