Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Coordinate and cooperate with users and People Team to build a good relationship with end-to-end recruitment process and flow.
- Reviewing and sorting out potential candidates based on qualifications and experience to ensure that the candidate selected meet the qualification requirements.
- Carry out initial interviews with candidates to check experience and background of each candidate, as well to assess the suitability of technical capabilities and candidate’s personality to the role & work responsibilities and culture company.
- Follow up on candidates based on interview results of the recruitment process.
- Doing background check on candidate, to ensure the legitimacy of candidate’s personal data and interview results.
- Provide and communicate offers to candidates who passed the recruitment process as well as to submit a rejection letter to candidates who cannot pass the process recruitment.
- Checking the accuracy of records and reports all stages of recruitment of each candidate to ensure the recruitment flow goes according to SLAs.
- Prepare reports related to recruitment to all stakeholders to provide information related to the progress of the process of each candidate.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major preferably Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or related roles
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fast learner and ability to adapt.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details
