Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for scouting any potential sites for ASTRO facility which has been approved by management
• Responsible for documenting / filing all data & drawing dimension, includes hard copies and soft copies, in orderly way
• Responsible to manage and update current ASTRO facilities, especially for its lease-contract period, either it will be extended or terminated
• Responsible to be a middle man between ASTRO management and Landlord/their representatives in order to negotiate any matter for property-leasing purpose

Kualifikasi:

Job Requirements:

• Have a diploma degree in Civil Engineer or Construction Management from reputable university
• Minimum 2 years working experience in contractor/real estate company / related logistic & retail industry
• Expert in using Microsoft Office
