Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Planning a new wood coating product development process
• Responsible to control the use of materials and energy
• Identify and evaluate unsuitable wood coating finished products and reformulating the product
• Controlling the process of testing formulas in production
• Evaluating the suitability and quality handling of the trial formula
• Planning and evaluating waste treatment systems

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as Assistant Manager/Manager R&D in paint industry especially in Wood.
• Mastering the whole process, starting from the analysis of all needs / resources, research, formulation and product testing
• Have leadership skills & Strategic Planning
• Target oriented, creative and problem solver
• Placement in Sidoarjo
