Hi, Haqu Squad!

Haquhara is looking for a Product & Technical Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role as a part of our Research & Development!

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure the stability of all products through regular testing
• BPOM Activity: Create company’s head account, Inspect incoming products, including packaging to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (BPOM) to warehouse layout for audit purposes, Verify formulas/ingredients for products to be registered with the regulatory authority (BPOM)
• Prepare product documents such as Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
• Manage the process of when a product is rejected, including retention procedures
• Organize Documentation for Product Information (DIP) in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in handling and ensuring the research & development timeline stays on track, particularly in product development with formulations
• Research & Development ad-hoc

Kualifikasi:

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree with major in Pharmacy (with Pharmacist certificate/STRA)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as PJT is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic formulations, raw materials, and production processes
• Experience in interpreting and applying regulatory authorities in the beauty industry
• Strong project management skills to coordinate various aspects of product development
