Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop ideation concepts for a one-month development cycle.
- Implement product development through recipe formulation and lab-scale prototyping, presenting progress to internal R&D and marketing teams on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative food products, ensuring that product concepts are aligned with technical feasibility, marketability, and profitability.
- Organize and conduct an Innovation Day every three months to generate new ideas within current and new product categories.
- Serve as a dynamic ambassador at events by conducting live demonstrations and showcasing culinary expertise.
- Coordinate with marketing to plan and execute event or social media content and photo shoots on a monthly basis, and report plans and outcomes to management.
Kualifikasi:
- Min. Associate's degree majoring in Culinary Arts, food technology, or other related majors
- At least 3 years of experience in a professional culinary environment, with a product development or R&D role
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in recipe development, food science, and product testing.
