Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Support the Quality Assurance in identifying and analyzing operational inefficiencies, focusing on Quality Management System. Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Responsible on the Quality Assurance in the E2E Process Operations from Fulfillment Operations (Distribution Centre)
• Ensure product quality meets high standards, and reduce wastage
• Lead the innovation process: ideation, concepting, product design, and visual development, and participate in project teams, contributing to project execution and documentation.
• Continuous improvement, standardize the processes, and create business requirements document
• Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives, reporting results to the QA Manager

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree from any major.
• Understand GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety and ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Document Control System
• Implement the 5R, 7 Tools QC, GMP, GWP, and HACCP
• Minimum 2 years experience as QA, QC, FSQ, QMS, or similar.
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and/or any business process/projects management tools).
• Experienced in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficient in project management, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
