Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Direct operational management of the QC resource
• Training & development of the QC team
• Monitoring any analysis of departmental performance
• Continuous improvement
• Development, review & maintenance of departmental procedures/documentation
• Inspection team performance & development reviews

Kualifikasi:

• Basic knowledge about QC Collection and QC Telemarketing
• Minimum 3 years in a quality control team leader / supervisor environment
• Staff performance & development reviews
• Interpersonal - Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Target oriented person and has strong Independent person
• Ms Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Structured problem solving and analytical skills
• Have good leadership skill
• Effective communication (written & verbal) and keen attention to detail
• Must be detail-oriented and has good communication and negotiation skill
• Able to do coaching and training
• Bachelor Degree or Above
