• Direct operational management of the QC resource
• Training & development of the QC team
• Monitoring any analysis of departmental performance
• Continuous improvement
• Development, review & maintenance of departmental procedures/documentation
• Inspection team performance & development reviews

Kualifikasi:

1. Basic knowledge about QC Collection and QC Telemarketing
2. Minimum 3 years in a quality control team leader / supervisor environment
3. Staff performance & development reviews
4. Interpersonal - Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization
5. Teamwork and collaboration
6. Target oriented person and has strong Independent person
7. Ms Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint
8. Structured problem solving and analytical skills
9. Have good leadership skill
10. Effective communication (written & verbal) and keen attention to detail
11. Must be detail-oriented and has good communication and negotiation skill
12. Able to do coaching and training
13. Bachelor Degree or Above
