1. Lead team of 20 people consists of QA Leads & QA Staffs
2. Able to report to Shareholders
3. Able to communicate effectively
4. Being responsible to your team & shareholders
5. Able to work our client internationally (Europe, East Asia).
6. BONUS, if you have experience on doing quality assurance with project that have Electrical Skills needed.

Kualifikasi:

1. Have 3 - 5 Years of experience.
2. Speak, Listen and Write english really well.
3. Responsible person
4. Willing to live on Surabaya
5. A great Leader and have great problem solving skills.
6. Being a great mentor and a team player.
7. Learn things fast.
