Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Functionality Testing: Ensuring that each feature of the software works according to the specified specifications and requirements.
• Bug Identification and Reporting: Finding errors or “bugs” in the software and reporting them to the development team for correction.
• Automation testing: Create automated test scenarios to increase test efficiency and coverage.
• Regression Testing: Perform testing to ensure that new code changes do not affect pre-existing features.
• Performance Testing: Checking and evaluating the speed, responsiveness and stability of the software.
• Compatibility Testing: Ensure that the software functions properly across devices, operating systems, and browsers.
• Security Testing: Evaluating software for potential security vulnerabilities.
• Integration Testing: Checking the interactions between different software components to ensure they work well together.
• User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Testing: Checking the interface and user experience to ensure visual quality and ease of use.
• Testing on Different Environments: Testing the software in various environments to ensure functionality and stability across conditions.
• Preparation of Test Documents: Create and maintain documentation related to test scenarios, results, and recommendations.
• Participation in Design Reviews: Provide input on product design and specifications to ensure quality and ease of testing.
• Collaboration with the Development Team: Work closely with the development team to understand new features and technical aspects of the product.
• Testing Process Monitoring and Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve the testing process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
• Proven experience 5+ years as QA Engineer / QA Specialist or similar position, including experience with test automation
• Must have experience in securities brokerage, investment, securities stocks, or financial product.
• Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (Postmant, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, Katalon, Testrail, JIRA. FinSim)
• Have knowledge of SQL database (SQL Server/MySQL/PostgresSQL/Oracle), and programming languages like java, .net
• In depth knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Good understanding working concept of SDLC and CI/CD
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles and their application in quality assurance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing issues
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross functional teams
• Experience with performance testing, security testing, and continuous integration is desirable
• Certifications in quality assurance, testing, or related areas are a plus
