Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Responsible to check, not limited to monitoring, controlling, and ensure the quality of raw materials from suppliers is in accordance with product spec, food safety and conduct regular quality checks on fruits. with no limited checks also for other products such as vegetables, protein and FMCG products.
• Analyzing all problems concerning the quality of raw materials that deviate from SOPs, GMP standards and Food Safety
• Monitoring, controlling and Analyzing all problems concerning the quality of raw materials that deviate from SOPs, GMP standards and Food Safety, controlling and ensure stock take process meet the FIFO requirements and in accordance with quality handling procedures
• Do administrative function and operational documentation, not limited to prepare and facilitate internal training (GMP, HACCP, 5R, personal Hygiene, Product Knowledge)
• Assisting sourcing activities and coordinate to related steakholders such as Operation, Sourcing and Fullfilement Center to ensure every activity complies with quality standart
• Reports and communicate to the QA/QC Manager or Direct Supervisor

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related quality control role, specifically with fruits
• Educational background in Agriculture, Agrotechnology, Plant Protection, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of QC processes, including quality checking and good product knowledge on Fruits.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a shift system and be placed in MALANG
• Good communication and coordination skills.
