Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Monitor Purchasing process administration : Purchase Request / Purchase Order in SAP & Internal System Portal
• Coordinate with user to gather user's requirement
• Vendor Evaluation
• Forecast planning.
• Price negotiation and PO issuance.
• Monitoring delivery schedules and updating to SAP systems.
• Submit invoices and BL on time to finance for payment processing.
• Carrying out the export process starting from receiving the PO, negotiating shipping prices with forwarders, the process of creating export documents and monitoring the export-import process.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum bachelor’s from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Purchasing at FMCG company.
• Computer literacy; Data processing application, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Have outstanding communication skills in English (must be fluent both in oral and written communication).
• Have a good experience in creating or processing data and reports, especially in PPT.
• Detail oriented; organized recording and documentation.
• Able to work closely with Sales, and Logistic to improve forecasting, purchasing, and overall stock management.
• Energetic and fast learner
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan
