Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Monitor, identify, and understand issues that may or have become a public concern.
• Develop and implement quantitative and qualitative research to support marketing or corporate affairs related activities.
• Develop issue analysis, narrative and structured presentation on industry related issues.
• Ensures a well-coordinated approach to stakeholder relationship management by collaborating closely with other members of corporate affairs and public policy team as well as with other departments within the company.
• Develop comprehensive reports, testimony, and answers to a variety of enquiry by stakeholders.
• Encourages frequent communication in order to measure certain metrics, such as sentiment analysis, engagement, media mentions, participation in public affairs activities, etc.
• Organize meetings, forums, and events to foster positive engagement between the company and its external stakeholders.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor of Journalism/Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Liberal Arts, Science, Business, International Relations, or any other related field.
• Have 2-3 years of experience in research, government relations, public affairs, or a related field.
• Structural thinking process and strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of policy in the fintech lending industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues effectively to different audiences.
• A strong policy advocacy expertise and experience in developing research.
• Proven success in managing relationships with stakeholders and delivering public affairs initiatives.
