Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Identify necessary tasks for project execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are ready.
• Work closely with field team officers for seamless communication and coordination.
• Plan and execute project details such as location layout, timeline management, and facility setup.
• Oversee the installation of racks, setting up facilities, and managing renovation schedules.
• Ensure adequate manpower for various project stages, including layout and facility setup.
• Calculate required personnel based on project scope and ensure their presence and efficiency.
• Monitor productivity and ensure targets are met within specified timelines.
• Scout potential sites for ASTRO facilities as approved by management.
• Document and file all data and drawing dimensions, including hard copies and soft copies, in an orderly manner.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, expansion project, operations management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
