Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Ensure that every project is executed in an efficient and seamless manner to fulfill the deliverables’ deadlines.
• Maintain and develop brand’s project timeline to ensure a timeline delivery as per agreed timeline and cost budgeting.
• Run through the brief from the Business Development or Account Management team to be further delegated to the Production team.
• Conduct and involve in internal meetings or discussions related to production.
• In charge of project management and monitoring.
• Forecast and manage resources, working hours, workload, or project viability prior to hiring third-party to support the project execution.
• Assist the team in proposing and enforcing new workflows or procedures in executing different types of projects.
• Monitor the result of any project-related publication for reporting

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Communication.
• Experienced in Digital Marketing and Project Management for at least 1 years.
• Possess an interest and passion in the digital field, particularly in terms of digital production.
• Capable of managing internal teams, particularly those involved in production.
• Familiarity with project management tools will be a plus.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Willing to learn, develop, and improve.
• Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
