Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Lead and independently manage the entire project lifecycle for multiple medium to complex projects, from initiation to closure.
• Ensure key project deliverables are met with a focus on both functional and architectural objectives.
• Demonstrate a passion for clear and concise communication, facilitating seamless interaction among project stakeholders.
• Foster close relationships and activities with project resources to enhance collaboration and achieve project goals.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise during project execution.
• Proactively identify and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Apply effective negotiation techniques to resolve conflicts and promote consensus among diverse project stakeholders.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electro/Electric Engineering or other relevant education, with 3 full cycles of experience and strong technical and functional telecommunication project implementations
• Understanding of Project Management knowledge.
• Be meticulous and pay attention to detail in performing the work
