Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Assist Project Manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional technology teams (Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, UX Researcher, Software Engineer, Mobile Engineer, Front End Engineer, QA) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track and report project progress, proactively identifying risks and potential blockers.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, keeping detailed notes and ensuring action items are assigned and tracked.
• Help ensure projects adhere to Agile or other project management methodologies and processes.
• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and change logs.
• Serve as a point of contact for team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Assist in resource allocation, ensuring that team members are working on prioritized tasks.
• Track and monitor project performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, project management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology company or software development environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and related tools (Asana, Google Workspace, Figma etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members across various functions.
• Basic understanding of software development processes, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying blockers and finding solutions.
