Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
• Analyzing customer business process (AS-IS) and prepare solution idea (TO-BE) a proposal
• Estimating implementation cost based on discussion with technical leader and superior
• Prepare and monitor project timeline, prepare functional specification documents and prepare testing scenario

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor degree (S1) from any major, IT major is preferable
• At least 3 years of working experience as Project Management function or Business Analyst in between experience or equivalent (from IT Solution company).
• Office apps (word, excel, power point)
• Have experience in programming will be advantage (any programming language).
• Experience handling big project scale
• Able to communicate actively in English both oral and written is a must, Japanese (will be an advantage)
• Ability to understand customer business process and estimate development effort
• Ability to put customer requirements on URS or Design Document
• Ability to develop and monitor timeline, resources and budget
• Excellent personality, positive attitude and open minded.
• Willing to work in Jakarta area.
