Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Responsible for delivering projects and managing day-to-day IT project.
• Establish a project governance framework.
• Manage human resources and work within the project.
• Control, track, and monitor the progress of each team involved in the project (development team, business analyst team, infrastructure team, vendors, etc.).
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Define roles and responsibilities for the project team.
• Collaborate with all project team members.
• Create project dashboards and present project reports to stakeholders or the steering committee.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Management or related.
• Having Project Management skills.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concept.
• Experience in Solution Design.
• Experience in mitigating risks related to application development and implementation projects.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Project Manager
• Leadership.
• Proficient in root cause analysis from a strategic, business, and system perspective, and decision-making.
• Commitment to achieving end results.
