Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
1. Program Oversight and Execution:
o Oversee the execution of all programs across different divisions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
o Monitor the progress of division-led initiatives and intervene when necessary to keep projects on track.
o Ensure consistent program delivery across all divisions, adhering to timelines and budgets.
2. Inter-Divisional Coordination:
o Facilitate collaboration between divisions to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional programs.
o Serve as the central point of contact for resolving inter-divisional issues and bottlenecks.
o Coordinate resources and schedules to optimize the execution of multiple programs simultaneously.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
o Establish performance metrics for each program and monitor progress against these KPIs.
o Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of programs, highlighting successes and addressing any issues.
o Generate detailed reports that summarize program outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
4. Resource Management:
o Ensure that resources (personnel, budget, technology) are effectively allocated and utilized across all programs.
o Balance resource demands between divisions to prevent overextension and ensure optimal program execution.
5. Risk and Issue Management:
o Identify potential risks and issues that could impact program execution and develop mitigation strategies.
o Monitor and manage risks across all divisions, ensuring timely resolution to avoid disruptions.
6. Process Standardization and Improvement:
o Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices for program management across divisions.
o Continuously review and refine these processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
o Lead initiatives to streamline program execution and reduce redundancies.
7. Stakeholder Communication:
o Maintain clear and consistent communication with division heads, ensuring transparency and alignment on program objectives.
o Serve as a liaison between divisions and senior management, facilitating communication and decision-making.
Kualifikasi:
-) Merupakan lulusan Sarjana atau Magister jurusan Manajemen Bisnis, Administrasi Bisnis, dan Teknik Industri
-) Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Business Process di level Manager Minimal 5 Tahun
-) Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik dan identifikasi yang baik
-) Memahami SOP dan Work Instruction yang dijalankan perusahaan dan terbiasa mengidentifikasi serta mengevaluasi SOP & WI tersebut
-) Terbiasa memberikan pelatihan kepada para User terkait Business Process yang akan dijalankan
-) Cepat beradaptasi, memiliki atitude yang baik dan mampu berkomunikasi yang baik dengan seluruh lini yang ada di perusahaan
-) Paham akan SLA (Service Level Agreement) & RCM (Risk Control Matrix Management)
-) Dapat melakukan identifikasi, evaluasi, dan problem solving apabila ada SLA & RCM yang tidak dijalankan
-) Memiliki sertifikat Six Sigma dan PDCA
