Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Lead AC installations, maintenance, and repairs for office renovation projects.
• Design, plan, and calculate AC requirements, ensuring optimal performance.
• Prepare detailed AC line drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Supervise projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
• Conduct site surveys and reconcile findings with final cost summaries.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree in Refrigeration Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience as an AC Technician, with a focus on office renovations.
• Expertise in VRV systems and AC design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
