Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Role Overview: The Programmatic Ads Specialist will manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns and other digital channels outside of Google, Meta, and TikTok. This role involves hands-on analysis, partner collaboration to understand performance metrics, and finding and sharing insights to enhance overall marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee programmatic ad campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Deep dive into campaign metrics to understand performance drivers.
- Collaborate with programmatic partners to optimize strategies and troubleshoot issues.
- Share valuable insights and trends with internal teams to inform broader marketing strategies.
- Manage and source additional digital marketing channels such as ad networks.
- Monitor budgets and allocate resources effectively across channels.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging platforms to tap into.
Kualifikasi:
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in programmatic or other digital channel advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in collaborating with external partners and vendors.
- Familiarity with various digital advertising platforms beyond mainstream channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, critical thinker with a curious approach to problem-solving.
