Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Monitor the production process and maintain work areas and equipment
• Inspect production's output and quality to meet or exceed all customer requirements
• Ensure that the operators follow operation standards, policies and procedures
• Ensure that all production targets are met
• Inform any production issues or problems to supervisor on duty to ensure a continuous flow of quality product

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma's Degree (D3) in Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering
• Have a minimum 1 year experience, fresh graduates are very welcome to apply
• Passionate about building a career especially in manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with CNC machines, AutoCAD / Solidworks software, PLC and any other related technical hard skills would be a huge plus
• Ready to do fieldwork and work in shift 
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong sense of leadership, adaptable and committed to excellence
• Willing to attend offline psychological testing in Bitung, Tangerang
• Willing to be Placed in Bitung, Tangerang
