Position Summary

Production Control Staff will be involved in the planning, controlling and analysis of Production Plan. You are in charge of ensuring that all orders entering the company will be gatekeep in a way that customer's expectation and the company's capacity are well aligned

Main Objective:

Implement planning intiatives such as Master Production Schedule, Material Requirement Planning, Capacity Planning in order to ensure degree of alignment between planning and actual production schedule

Sub Objectives:

• Integrate the production planning of other production department into one integrated system
• Improve administrative & operations work-flow between Production - Warehouse -Marketing & PPIC
• Improve data collection & analysis of production process

Management & Organization Issue :

• Lack of synergy between correlated department
• PPIC's presence and authority is still weak

Technical Objectives:

Experience Job Order Master Production Scheduling, experience in Job Order Material Requirement Planning, Intermediary excel formula (vlookup, xyzif function, Pivot table creation), Google Data Studio for KPI reporting.

Team & People Issue:

• Most of the time, you will be leading and initiating the project yourself as the culture requires massive change. There will be communication issues along the way that you need to prepare in which you have to bridge company's project initiatives & company's culture.

Key Accountabilities:

• Controlling the remaining scraps from the results and waste generated
• Scheduling and controlling the production process based on planned time, routing, quantity to reduce lead time.
• Analyzing capacity and resource requirements (manpower, materials, equipment) and coordinating with relevant production departments accordingly
• Making and following up on material requests to the warehouse department
• Calculating & determining the usage of customer order materials - reducing the Production Order (PO)
• Receiving customer-owned goods and services (services, accessories, malls) and matching malls with glass
• Cross-checking daily production results and field incidents reports
• Stock control: Conducting Stock Opname (SO), controlling raw material stock for production preparation
• Creating, printing & cross-checking Sticker Quality Control (QC) production
• Controlling the progress of Production Order (PO)
• Administering material usage in the Cutting production line
• Inputting cutting report results into the tracker & Controlling glass stock (matching daily glass stock)
• Planning glass packaging needs, and submitting production requests to relevant parties
• Collecting data for takt time, cycle time, and value stream mapping
• Creating and controlling the Master Production Schedule

Kualifikasi:

• Willing to work on-site and be placed in Tangerang
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Min. 1 year experience in PPC, warehouse, or production. Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Proficient in using Microsoft Suites
• Familiar with database management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
