Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Develop, manage, and enhance work plans and production targets.
• Facilitate coordination among internal teams to meet shared objectives.
• Monitor and uphold product quality standards.
• Ensure alignment of target achievements with established plans.
• Assess and enact corrective measures to attain production goals.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Production of Automotive Components/Heavy Equipment Production/Heavy Equipment Components/Dump Trucks. Understanding of short-term and long-term production planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Good managerial skills.
• Strong communication skills. Responsible, possessing good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong desire to achieve targets.
• Willing to be placed in Curug, Tangerang - Banten.
