Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Responsibilities:

• Provide and conduct training (product knowledge and technical-soft skill) to existing and new sales personnel
• Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team
• Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs
• Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical or Medical Science (having Apothecary background is preferred)
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in product or sales management and/or having work experience as Product Trainer
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written is preferred
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Placement: Jogjakarta Area
