The role

You’ll be designing and delivering the best possible banking rewards programme for our customers in Indonesia. No day will be the same – from consulting with our sales team and customers through to contacting suppliers and working with our marketing team to bring the programme to life. We’re looking for someone who isn’t shy and can think outside the box.

Duties and responsibilities

• Design the rewards programme for various products (such as platinum customers and credit card)
• Search for new suppliers who can deliver the external components of the programme (such as airport lounges)
• Manage the ongoing relationship with suppliers and vendor
• Liaise with our marketing team to create appealing materials for our sales team and customers that clearly shows the benefits of our rewards programme (such as website content, flyers and social media)
• Continually review our rewards programme with feedback from customers
• Present quarterly to the leadership team on the progress and milestones of the rewards programme

Kualifikasi:

Work experience and skills

• Experience in designing and delivering a complex project
• Knowledge of other rewards programmes (particularly in the banking industry)
• Confident personality and positive 'always can' attitude
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus
