Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• User research: Conduct research on local users and competitors, and provide research information on Indonesian local growth strategies and scenarios.
• User acquisition: Expand online and offline customer acquisition channels and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with channels.
• Operational strategy implementation: Propose localized solutions for Indonesian user pain points, assist the domestic operations team in outputting product optimization requirements, and complete the implementation of operational strategies.

Kualifikasi:

• College degree or above, with an understanding of the Indonesian credit market; those with experience in Indonesian consumer installment and cash loan business operations are preferred.
• Proficient in Indonesian language, familiar with Indonesian local culture, and proficient in using Chinese or English.
• Have good organizational coordination and learning abilities, be willing to communicate, have strong stress resistance, and be able to adapt to the fast-changing pace of the internet.
