The role
You'll be the kind of person that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and won’t rest until our customers experience is the best possible. This role is about living and breathing making our products better and easier. Time management will come naturally to you as you'll be the critical link between our product, marketing, customer care and development teams with lots of projects on the go.
Duties and responsibilities
- Take full ownership for the projects that you manage
- Collaborate and be the link between your projects and other teams such as development and customer care
- Introduce new products to relevant teams through clear communication and training
- Enhance existing products through customer feedback and market research
- Champion the creation of new products that will provide benefits to our customers
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Ensure goals, targets and deadlines are met
- Keep up to date with new or changed products, services and systems
Kualifikasi:
Work experience and skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a clear communicator
- Confident personality and positive 'always can' attitude
- Good understanding of the importance of making things easy and simple
- Excellent attention to detail, creative and multitasking skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive
- Highly organized with ability to manage time well
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Able to travel if required
- Previous experience in software development or the financial industry is a plus
