Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Define and prioritize technical requirements, features, and product functionalities.
• Manage communication between the development team and the business team to ensure a clear understanding of technical requirements.
• Ensure that our product is developed according to high technical standards and established specifications.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, including product maintenance, improvements, and updates.
• Perform technical feasibility assessments and identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate product launches, internal training, and customer support.

Kualifikasi:

• Willing to work full-time in the office (WFO).
• Minimum of 3 years of similar experience in the SaaS F&B industry.
• A bachelor's degree/Master's degree in a related field is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English is a must
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of SaaS technology.
• Good communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
• Experience in using product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills to identify technical opportunities and issues.
• In-depth knowledge of the SaaS F&B market and industry trends.
• Managerial skills to lead development teams and projects.
• Quick adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities.
