Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic/marketing planning to campaign planning, tactical activities and inventory management/forecasting. Work with Supply Chain to effectively manage product inventory.
• Develop budget and revenue forecasts for new and existing products.
• Continuously strive to build a better competitive advantage for current and future business; build in-depth knowledge of customers, competitors and markets.
• Identify and create new opportunities and work closely with dealer/channel partners and internal and external stakeholders to continuously expand growth opportunities
• Continuous updates on product development in accordance with the needs of customer and the healthcare world in Indonesia.
• Create a culture of integrity, proactive and compliance.
• Responsible for meeting sales, cost and margin allocations for responsible product.
• Ability to create discount and promotion programs in accordance with company policy.

Kualifikasi:

Professional requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a reputable university
• 2-5 years of experience in pharma/medical devices
• 2-3 years of people leadership and management experience preferred
• Fluent with English
