Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Become the subject matter expert of the product.
• Work with Product Designer and Researcher to understand the user problems, develop holistic solutions, execute the product development plan, release a great quality product, and measure the impact.
• Develop hypotheses, create testing and iterate the plan to improve the product through various customer study, benchmark, research and data analysis.
• Continuously identify issues and improvement opportunities that can drive the product to better performance.
• Ready to travel across regions to meet farmers/users.
• Find solutions on the issues of partnership, productivity, and product quality to support achievements of company targets.
• Do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Design and maintain an effective and efficient hybrid working environment.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a product manager of a tech company, preferably in the B2B2C sector, with an end-to-end responsibility.
• Experience in developing and launching 1 cycle product/feature, can be from scratch or improvement.
• Very good at execution level, able to translate big picture ideas to detailed product plans.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements.
• Independent and agile, able to work with a small team (designer, researcher, engineering, data) with tight deadlines.
• Familiar in building products for technophobic users.
• High integrity and have an open, collaborative communication style.
• A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a reputable university.
