Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• An expert in the product landscape, preferably in defense and intelligence. Lead research and analysis of competitors' features, metrics, and trends in big data analytics and security products.
• Define the product strategy and roadmap to drive company revenue.
• Plan and manage the internal product cadence, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and timely delivery of product milestones.
• Conduct quantitative, qualitative, business, and strategic analysis to identify, develop, and implement revenue-generating and cost-saving products in the defense and intelligence industry.
• Manage the product development lifecycle by translating product strategy into detailed requirements, operational processes, and prototypes. Ensure fluency in effective development practices.
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

Kualifikasi:

• At least 4-5 years of experience at a top-tier tech or engineering firm with a strong track record in building and growing products as a Product Manager.
• A background in computer science or engineering is an advantage.
• Experienced professionals from Technology, Business, Management, or Strategy consulting are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience leading at least one product as a Product Manager.
• Solid technical background with understanding in software development and web technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and market analysis
