Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Conducting market research, including target market and market demand
• Sourcing products based on market needs and demands
• Negotiate with suppliers sourcing products or raw materials
• Creating artwork including SPS, Artwork, Product Catalogs, and Leaflets
• Responsible for creating product hierarchies, numbering, and product descriptions
• Coordinating with the trade marketing department regarding the plan for supporting equipment needs such as store display facilities
• Collaborating with the Corporate Communication team in creating logos, catalogs, standardizing warranty cards, and product name plates
• Responsible for managing product codes and serial numbers
• Internal coordination regarding readiness of supporting facilities such as packaging design, color standardization, and typography
• Creating SPS concepts related to highlighted customer benefits
• Collaborating with strategic product sourcing for sales team training preparation
• Conducting market surveys related to trends in promotional tool creation

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience as R&D or Product Development in electrical manufacturing company
