Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Responsible for (a more complex) product development process from scratch until the product is ready to be sold in the market in a timely manners
• Coordinate with various department (Legal, QC, Procurement, etc) on aspect needed for product development
• Align with operational team on new product launch preparation & launching
• Source necessary supplier and negotiate terms & conditions, pricing, and payment arrangements with suppliers
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure dependable sources of quality, quantity, and delivery specifications

Kualifikasi:

• 1-3 years experience in product innovation & development, research & development, or related role
• Bachelor Degrees in Food Business and Technology or related field
• A team player who are able to communicate clearly
• Have analytical thinking, data analysis & business acumen with customer centric
• Creative thinking and able to contribute innovative ideas
• Strong project management and multitasking ability
