As a Product Development Executive / Senior Executive / Manager, you will lead and support the development of groundbreaking products that align with our brand vision and market trends. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the complete lifecycle of product development from concept to market, ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality and consumer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support the development of new product concepts and improvements to existing products, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market trends.
• Manage and oversee the entire product development lifecycle, including initial concept generation, formulation, testing, and product launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure project milestones are met and products are launched successfully.
• Conduct competitive market analysis to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to develop prototypes, ensuring product specifications are met and regulatory compliance is maintained.
• Maintain documentation and records throughout the product development process to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Monitor and report on the product development process to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to drive innovation within the company.

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy / Apothecary, or STEM related field.
• 3 - 5+ years of proven experience in product development, ideally within the beauty and personal care industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using project management software and familiar with regulatory standards in the beauty industry.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for developing unique beauty products.
